Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Traffic Control/Flagger to join our team at Ansco & Associates, LLC. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe movement of traffic in and around active work sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Control traffic using hand signals and paddles to maintain a safe working environment
  • Prepare and set up flags, cones, signs, and markers to direct traffic
  • Perform general construction work under the direction of a Foreman or Supervisor as needed
  • Drive safely and follow company safe driving policies
  • Follow local, state, and federal DOT guidelines
  • Clean and maintain all company vehicles and equipment
  • Work in all weather conditions and perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have authorization to work in the United States for this company
  • Hold a High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience
  • Have a valid State driver's license with an acceptable driving record
  • Previous flagging experience is preferred
Physical Abilities and Exposures
  • Routinely work alone in remote locations, operate vehicles, and perform physical tasks such as lifting and bending
  • Occasionally work with arms above shoulder level and lift heavier objects
