About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Licensed or License-Eligible Substance Abuse Counselor to provide and support outpatient counseling services and care coordination to individuals struggling with substance abuse.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and group counseling sessions to clients
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to address clients' needs
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify clients' strengths and challenges
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have a Master's degree in Counseling, Counselor Education, or Social Work, and be a Licensed LPC, LCSW, LSATP, or license eligible. You should also have experience working in a team environment with individuals who suffer from substance abuse.
