Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the receiving, unpacking, and organizing of new stock to ensure items are quickly and efficiently placed on the sales floor.
  • Manage the setup and maintenance of displays for specific store sections, ensuring signage is accurate and promotions are properly highlighted, following corporate guidelines for resets and seasonal updates.
  • Take full responsibility for store operations, staff management, customer service, and addressing any urgent issues as Manager on Duty.
  • Help oversee the daily activities of all store associates, ensuring they're performing their duties effectively and providing excellent customer service.
  • Support the onboarding and ongoing training of associates, helping them learn store policies, product knowledge, and operational procedures to improve their performance.
  • Drive store sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising, staff performance, and customer service.
Qualifications:
  • High School Graduate or equivalent.
  • College experience preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of management experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Creative thinking.
  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure.
