Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Behavior Technician to join our team at Providence Regional Medical Center Everett. As a key member of our Autism Program, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide intervention to pediatric patients and assist in carrying out treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide behavioral interventions to pediatric patients with autism and other developmental disabilities
  • Assist in developing and implementing treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to measure, assess, and evaluate patient progress
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing high-quality patient care
Requirements
  • Washington Certified Behavior Technician License upon hire
  • Or Washington Behavioral Analyst License upon hire
  • Coursework/Training: At least 40 hours of RBT training
  • Experience as a Registered Behavior Technician in pediatric rehabilitation
