Child & Family Therapist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Child & Family Therapist to join our team at Compass Health in Everett. As a key member of our Children's Intensive Services program, you will work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary treatment team to provide individualized, creative, and strength-based approaches within the wraparound model.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver clinical services using evidence-based practice models
  • Support youth and caregivers in maintaining children in a least restrictive and community-based environment
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a behavioral science related field
  • Qualifies as a Mental Health Professional (MHP) as defined by WAC
  • Valid Washington State Driver's License and vehicle insurance
