Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote physical and psychosocial functioning
- Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication
- Provide a safe and supportive environment for patients to engage in recreational activities, promoting socialization, relaxation, and stress reduction
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals
- Document patient progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner
- Bachelor's degree in Recreational Therapy or a related field
- Two years of experience in psychiatric patient care, with knowledge of mental illness and treatment techniques
- Current Washington State CTRS registration or eligibility to sit for certification
- CPR, Handle with Care, Verbal De-Escalation, and first aid certification
