Analytical Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced Analytical Program Manager - QC to join our team. As a key member of our quality control department, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing analytical quality control programs. This role requires strong technical expertise in analytical testing, including wet chemical, physical property testing, chromatography, and spectrometry methods. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement analytical quality control programs
- Manage cross-functional teams
- Liaise with external partners and vendors
- Analyze and resolve technical issues
Requirements:
This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Science or related field, with 8-10 years of experience in analytical quality control. A Master's degree may be considered with 6-8 years of experience. Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance is essential. Additionally, excellent organizational and communication skills are required.
Salary: $140,000 - $170,000 per year
