We are seeking a highly skilled Program Coordinator to join our team. As an Electrical Program Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our students.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing Curriculum: Create and implement curriculum materials to meet the needs of individual students.
  • Leading Faculty: Mentor and lead faculty members to ensure they are equipped to provide high-quality instruction.
  • Monitoring Student Progress: Track student progress and provide support to ensure their success.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years of recent work experience as a licensed Electrician.
  • A current Journeyman or Master Electrician license in Massachusetts.
  • 3-5 years' classroom teaching experience at the post-secondary level is preferred.
  • 5 years of successful leadership and management experience is preferred.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
