Salary

$50-55K annually, based on experience and education.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Services Manager to oversee the delivery of high-quality clinical services to children, adolescents, and their families. The successful candidate will have a master's degree in social sciences and at least five years of experience in a related field, with two years of administrative experience. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating program activities, as well as maintaining records and statistical reports.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee intake, assessment, and treatment services for all clients in the program
  • Liaise between the program and other agencies, as well as the community at large
  • Plan, implement, and evaluate program activities
  • Maintain records and statistical reports as required by funding sources

Additional Responsibilities

  • Ensure the delivery of quality long-term, short-term, emergency, and/or clinical services to children, adolescents, and their families
  • Participate in the Quality Management Team to ensure intra- and inter-agency services and cooperative working relationships
  • Hire program staff subject to approval by the Program Director, provide training, supervision, and evaluation, and oversee budget expectations
  • Monitor compliance with licensing entities, including the National Council on Accreditation Standards

Qualifications

A master's degree in social sciences (M.S.W., M.Ed., or M.A. in psychology) is required. At least five years of experience, with two years of administrative experience, is also necessary. Additional qualifications include four years of demonstrated ability to be innovative, creative, analytical, and decisive in problem-solving, as well as four years of demonstrated experience in supervising and leading diversified staff. Strong administrative and organizational capabilities are essential, as is the ability to work effectively with other community agencies.
