Eliot is seeking a highly skilled Senior Residential Clinician to join our team in Worcester, MA. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $70,000 per year, with the possibility of a 6% bilingual salary increase for those fluent in Spanish or other languages.

About the Role

This role involves providing individual and family therapy to youth aged 13-21 who are court-involved and need placement while awaiting return to court, assessment, or longer-term treatment. Our programs offer a comprehensive intervention for juvenile offenders, with a focus on developing effective working relationships with youth, parents, referral sources, and funding agencies.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with youth, parents, referral sources, and funding agencies.
  • Provide individual and family therapy in accordance with program, DYS, DEEC, and ECHS policies and procedures.
  • Manage the development and implementation of Individual Service Plans.
  • Supervise case management and advocacy for youth.
  • Attend administrative, staff, shift change meetings, and facilitate clinical and community meetings.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in the Healing Arts, be independently licensed as a LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC, and have at least three years of direct experience working with the population. Knowledge of DBT and substance abuse is also essential. A supervisory role and proficiency in English are required. The ability to develop and maintain professional working relationships with residents, staff, coworkers, and supervisors is crucial.
