Job Description

Catholic Charities Worcester County is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead our Crozier House Residential Recovery Home Program. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing educational programs, assisting with program standards, and supervising counselors and case managers.

The ideal candidate will have a master's degree in social work, counseling, human services, or a related field, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in substance abuse treatment. They should also possess knowledge of co-occurring disorders, counseling skills, and supervisory experience. Bilingual skills are a plus.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year
