As an Account Development Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing and new customers, identifying business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets.
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understand their business needs, and provide solutions to meet those needs.
- Sales and Marketing: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute sales and marketing plans, including trade shows, events, and promotional activities.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, analyze sales data, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
- Education: Four-year college degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 3 years of proven industry-related sales experience, or 7+ years of proven related industry experience in lieu of degree.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong understanding of business operations and sales principles.
