Job DescriptionWe are seeking a proactive Junior Account Representative to join our team. In this role, you will support senior account managers in managing client relationships, coordinating project activities, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in managing day-to-day client communications and addressing client needs.
- Support account managers in coordinating and implementing client projects.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and updates for client meetings.
- Conduct market research and analysis to support client strategy.
- Help maintain accurate records of client interactions and project milestones.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and solutions.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Competitive salary ranging from $57,000 to $65,000.
