Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Junior Account Representative to join our team. In this role, you will support senior account managers in managing client relationships, coordinating project activities, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing day-to-day client communications and addressing client needs.
  • Support account managers in coordinating and implementing client projects.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and updates for client meetings.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to support client strategy.
  • Help maintain accurate records of client interactions and project milestones.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and solutions.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
