Senior Healthcare Project Manager Opportunity

Seattle, WA

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Healthcare Project Manager to lead our mechanical construction projects in the Northwest. As a key member of our team, you will oversee the field staff, budget, schedule, risks, and people associated with the project.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate field needs, working closely with subcontractors and vendors.
  • Oversee project financials, reporting, and risk management.
  • Interface with General Contractors to ensure projects stay on schedule.
  • Supervise Project Managers, Project Engineers, and administrative staff.
  • This role interacts with all levels and functions within the organization.


Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of project management experience in mechanical/construction.
  • Expertise in keeping projects on track, on time, and under budget.
  • A Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, construction management, or a related field, or relevant equivalent experience.
  • Understanding of HVAC, boilers/chillers, controls, and/or plumbing systems preferred.

Compensation: $130K - $160K + bonus
