Job Description

As a Teller and Customer Service Expert, you will play a critical role in providing personalized service, answering customer questions, and helping them achieve their financial goals. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Process a variety of customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
Educate customers on banking products and services, identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction
Work collaboratively with branch staff to ensure seamless customer experiences and achieve business objectives

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in banking or customer service preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse customer groups
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
Basic math skills and accuracy in handling cash and other financial transactions
