Job Summary

As a Citizens Teller - Customer Service, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and making a real difference for our customers and the branch team.

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers in our lobbies and provide personalized advice and solutions to meet their needs.
Demonstrate how to use our mobile app, or our ATMs, to complete simple transactions.
Create amazing experiences for our customers by looking for opportunities to help them achieve their financial goals.
Meet quarterly referral goals and confidently cash checks, process withdrawals and deposits, following all financial policies and procedures.

Requirements

High School degree or GED
Minimum of 1 year demonstrated customer experience, recommending and referring products and services to customers
Strong listening and communication skills
Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs to enhance and develop a long-term customer relationship
Ability to problem solve and provide solutions to customer issues
Customer-centric to deliver exceptional service
Comfortable with using digital technology to support the delivery of business goals
Ability to work branch hours, which can include weekends and evenings
Completion of a video interview assessment as part of the application.

How to Prepare

Set aside 30-45 minutes for the self-guided assessment that includes questions and games. Find a quiet place to record and be camera-ready.
