Job Summary

As a Part Time Teller at PNC Financial Services Group, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our retail branches. Your primary responsibilities will include processing customer transactions, educating customers on new banking technologies, and developing relationships to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process a variety of customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
  • Educate customers on alternative banking methods and identify opportunities to refer customers to PNC products and services.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers to drive business growth and increase customer loyalty.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be knowledgeable about PNC products and services, as well as have a strong understanding of banking procedures and regulations.
