Gordon Food Service is seeking a Senior Sales Leader to play a key role in presenting our customers with a consultative, relationship-focused approach that will make their food service businesses thrive. As a Commercial Sales Manager, you will lead a team of high-performing, results-driven outside sales representatives and be responsible for the following:
• Leading People: Hire, develop, and retain staff, creating robust succession plans and developing the next generation of leaders
• Developing Business Plans: Develop sales targets for individual sales representatives, understand areas of customer focus, including Sales Building, Staffing, Profitability, and Compliance
• Engaging with the Industry: Visit key existing and future customers
About You
As a Senior Sales Leader, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data, including profitability models, and have the ability to work evening and weekend hours. We encourage veterans and active military members to apply.
