The Vehicle Operations Specialist is tasked with the essential role of relocating and positioning vehicles across various designated areas within our facilities for maintenance, transport, and rental purposes. This position emphasizes the importance of ensuring that vehicles are prepared and available for customers, adhering to our high standards of quality.

The compensation for this role begins at $14.50 per hour.

The work schedule includes:

  • Sunday: OFF
  • Monday: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Tuesday: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Wednesday: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Thursday: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Friday: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Saturday: OFF

This role involves local driving without the need for a commercial driver's license, allowing you to operate a variety of new model vehicles.

Responsibilities

As a Vehicle Operations Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Transporting vehicles from return locations to cleaning and servicing areas.
  • Delivering serviced vehicles to the ready line for customer access.
  • Relocating vehicles within the lot or facility as directed by management.
  • Delivering vehicles to other company locations as instructed.
  • Accompanying or following drivers to facilitate vehicle drop-offs or pickups.
  • Communicating via two-way radio or cellular phone as necessary.
  • Performing additional job-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past three years.
  • No drug or alcohol-related convictions on driving record in the past three years.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship.
  • Must have at least twelve months of consecutive work experience within the last five years.
