As a key member of the Power Design team, you will work closely with senior managers to oversee the business aspects of large-scale construction projects. You will be based at our headquarters in Florida and will be paired with an experienced mentor to support your career growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the business side of a construction project under the supervision of a project manager.
  • Collaborate with senior team members, suppliers, and contractors to coordinate schedules, inventory, materials, and project correspondence.
  • Regularly visit assigned projects, interacting with customers and other trades while representing the organization in the field.
  • Maintain positive relationships with customers, engineers, inspectors, and vendors.
  • Receive hands-on training from a mentor and utilize cutting-edge technology in the office and when visiting the field.

Requirements

  • College graduate with a construction-related degree and 3-5 years of relevant work experience or an individual with 5+ years of relevant construction experience.
  • Detail-oriented professional with exceptional problem-solving skills who loves new challenges and has a drive for results.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
