Patient Services Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Services Specialist to join our team at Pacific Medical Centers. As a key member of our patient services team, you will be responsible for facilitating effective communication between patients, providers, and insurance companies.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and families, ensuring a positive and empathetic experience.
- Perform patient registration, including verifying insurance and obtaining necessary information.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with providers and staff to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Respond to routine insurance questions and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with back office teams to ensure accurate and efficient communication.
- 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
