- Mail and Message Service: Handle guest mail and messages, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy.
- Guest Service: Provide exceptional service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Previous Experience: Previous experience in a front desk or customer-facing role is highly desirable.
- Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- Knowledge and Skills: Familiarity with hotel systems and operations, ability to enter information accurately, and strong communication skills.
- Availability: Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.
