Customer Relations Representative

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with team members to ensure seamless customer experiences and achieve team goals.
  • Promote Insurance Products: Promote and cross-sell insurance products and services to meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
  • Handle Escalated Complaints: Handle escalated customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
  • Stay Up-to-Date on Industry Trends: Stay current on insurance policies, regulations, and industry trends to provide accurate information and advice.
