Randstad is partnering with a leading property and casualty insurance company to find a skilled Associate Adjuster for their Auto team in Worcester, MA. This temporary to hire opportunity will provide a solid foundation for personal growth and development within the organization.

As a claims resolution specialist, you will play a critical role in the company's success by providing exceptional service to customers and meeting goals and metrics that drive the claims organization's success.

You will participate in an accelerated training program, which will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in this role. Your responsibilities will include reviewing electronic claim files, gathering missing information, and making outbound calls to customers to confirm next steps.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing electronic claim files for completeness and following procedures for gathering missing information
  • Making outbound calls to customers to confirm next steps and ensure satisfaction
  • Developing recognition of coverages, claim processing requirements, and related data processing systems
  • Recording additional information/data into the company's network and updating the electronic claim file
