Job Summary

Fully responsible for the investigation, analysis, and resolution of financial loss aspects of business interruption, fidelity/employee dishonesty, and theft claims. Assignments could originate anywhere in the country and involve complex financial analysis and evaluation. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and analyze financial loss claims to determine the extent of loss and liability
  • Evaluate and resolve claims in a fair and timely manner
  • Communicate with claimants, agents, and other stakeholders to gather information and provide updates
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless claim resolution
