Position Overview:

We are in search of a Community Manager to oversee the daily operations of one of our apartment communities. Our success is driven by our people, and we are looking for individuals who possess a positive, proactive attitude.

  • Supervising maintenance staff and ensuring timely follow-up on repairs
  • Ensuring maintenance tasks are completed promptly and according to schedule
  • Reviewing invoices from vendors and contractors
  • Collaborating with maintenance and leasing teams to keep all vacant units in optimal condition
  • Analyzing rental rates and exploring cost-saving measures
