Sales Engineer

Actus Consulting Group is a leading consulting firm that provides expert advice to clients across various industries. We are currently seeking a Sales Engineer to join our team in the West and South area of Japan. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing magnetic solutions to customers and contributing to the company's revenue growth. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Analyze customer technical requirements and recommend suitable magnetic products or solutions.
- Provide technical support during product implementation and troubleshoot as needed.
- Manage and report on sales project progress, ensuring smooth project execution with customers.
- Research market trends and competitor products, incorporating findings into sales strategies.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or related field (required). A master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Engineer in the magnetic products or related field.
• Strong knowledge of magnetic products (e.g., neodymium magnets, samarium cobalt magnets) and their applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, teamwork skills, and a results-oriented mindset.
• Business proficiency in both English and Japanese is preferred.
Estimated Salary: ¥8,000,000 - ¥10,000,000 per year, depending on experience. This role requires approximately 50% business travel within the West and South area of Japan.
