Job Summary

The Sales Account Manager will play a pivotal role in building brand awareness and driving in-person conversations to increase sales through customer engagement on behalf of our expanding clientele. This role requires a strong ability to recognize customer needs, manage existing accounts, and document results to develop new business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recognize customer needs and manage existing accounts to increase sales performance and document results.
  • Understand customer base and company products to recommend service enhancements that increase sales.
  • Work with other Sales Account Managers to establish, monitor, and record weekly targets and goals.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings to provide new ideas that improve sales margins based on consumer feedback.
  • Manage provided territory thoroughly and keep track of all customer interactions to maximize sales in that area.
  • Continuously develop sales and leadership skills through weekly meetings, webinars, and joint calls with top Sales Account Managers.
Requirements
  • College degree or relevant work experience as a Sales Account Manager or in sales/marketing.
  • Ability to lead and control situations, taking action as a problem solver.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain effective customer relationships to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Strong organizational and detail-oriented abilities.
  • Competitive nature, striving to outperform others.
