Job Title: Patient Flow Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Flow Manager to join our team at Compass Group Careers. As a Patient Flow Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Patient Flow Coordinators and Transporters in a hospital setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective patient transport strategies to ensure efficient and safe patient movement.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to identify and address patient flow challenges.
  • Supervise and train Patient Flow Coordinators and Transporters to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Monitor and analyze patient flow data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance patient flow and reduce wait times.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in patient flow management or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
