Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and accurate information to clients to ensure quality service and client retention
  • Resolve client inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Act as a liaison between clients and bank staff to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution
  • Identify and escalate potential risks to the appropriate level of authority
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of bank products and services to effectively recommend solutions to clients
  • Collaborate with sales teams to build and maintain client relationships
  • Support multiple sales teams and provide exceptional customer service
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in client service, banking operations, or banking relationship management support
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a banking or financial services environment
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience with bank products and services
  • Knowledge of bank policies and procedures and regulatory compliance
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills
Compensation

Starting base salary: $33.43 per hour. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This job is eligible for bonus and/or commissions.
