- Act as a liaison between clients and bank staff to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution
- Identify and escalate potential risks to the appropriate level of authority
- Develop and maintain knowledge of bank products and services to effectively recommend solutions to clients
- Collaborate with sales teams to build and maintain client relationships
- Support multiple sales teams and provide exceptional customer service
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in client service, banking operations, or banking relationship management support
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a banking or financial services environment
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience with bank products and services
- Knowledge of bank policies and procedures and regulatory compliance
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills
Starting base salary: $33.43 per hour. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This job is eligible for bonus and/or commissions.
