Key Responsibilities- Scheduling and Registration: Schedule patient appointments, ensure referrals are obtained, and complete registration and discharge activities.
- Patient Communication: Greet and engage patients, families, and visitors to provide a positive first impression and ensure a smooth patient experience.
- Productivity and Accuracy: Meet or exceed expected productivity and accuracy standards, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
- Clinical Collaboration: Collaborate with clinical partners to optimize patient communication, clinic flow, and ongoing care.
- Patient Satisfaction: Actively engage in activities to enhance the patient experience, including encouragement of the patient satisfaction survey.
- Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Experience: Administrative support experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Certifications: None required, but relevant certifications may be preferred
