Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to drive sales growth in our assigned territory. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with existing and potential customers, identifying new business opportunities, and implementing sales strategies to achieve company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead sales activities to maximize sales growth, margin targets, and market share
  • Develop and execute sales growth strategies in collaboration with the Branch Manager
  • Cultivate strong business relationships through face-to-face sales calls and relationship-building activities

Requirements:

  • Associate degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the building materials industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to use software to create presentations, word documents, and spreadsheets
