About the Role
We are searching for a motivated Sales and Marketing Professional to join our sales team. The Sales and Marketing Professional will work on behalf of our award-winning client AT&T Telecommunications, which is one of the world's leading providers of technology and communications services.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Build relationships with potential customers to discover their needs by providing individualized customer service.
- Sales and Marketing: Present, promote, and provide existing and potential customers with rapid wireless internet product/service knowledge and solutions that will suit their needs.
- Business Development: Generate sales by establishing, developing, and maintaining positive business and customer relationships.
- Problem Resolution: Accelerate the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Analysis and Reporting: Analyze the territory's potential, track sales, and status reports to achieve agreed-upon sales targets.
- Competitor Analysis: Evaluate all competitors' activities including new product launches or price reductions.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of work experience as a sales representative preferred.
- Must be able to effectively communicate with customers, sales personnel, managers, and coworkers.
- Above average work ethic, high energy, and engaging attitude.
- Highly motivated and target-driven.
- Excellent, interpersonal, selling, and negotiation skills.
- Travel within a 20-mile radius to assigned territories.
