Frontier Management (OR) is seeking an experienced Regional Director of Operations to provide leadership to our skilled nursing facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical knowledge base and a proven track record of survey improvements, census growth, and staff development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee multiple skilled nursing facilities across multiple states, including CA, NM, and Utah.
  • Manage regional staff, including Clinical, Staff Development, AR, and Business Development teams.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve survey results, increase census, and enhance staff development.
  • Collaborate with facility leaders to ensure effective management and operation of each facility.
  • Provide guidance and support to regional staff to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Nursing Home Administrators License (LNHA)
  • Regional/Multi-Site experience in skilled nursing (SNF)
  • Strong clinical knowledge base and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple facilities and staff effectively
  • Track record of survey improvements, census growth, and staff development
