Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise service staff to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to service standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized environment, including the restaurant, kitchen, and storage areas
  • Assist the Restaurant Manager in establishing and monitoring side work duty completion
  • Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and corporate liquor requirements
  • Oversee staff in cash handling positions to ensure compliance with PM Hotel Group's cash handling policies and procedures
  • Communicate daily with the Restaurant Manager regarding special events, house counts, and other important information
  • Assist with conducting menu classes and taste panels
  • Perform any other job-related duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High school diploma or better
  • 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or similar role
  • Ability to communicate in English
  • Self-starting personality with an even disposition
  • Ability to lift/carry weight up to 50 pounds and push/pull carts of products weighing up to 150 pounds
