Job Title: Medical Device Representative

Advanced Pain Care is seeking a highly skilled Medical Device Representative to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in guiding patients through spinal cord stimulation and related technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule patients for pre-op, post-op, and follow-up office visits related to SCS
  • Conduct phone follow-up calls and maintain accurate patient records
  • Reconcile weekly cases with medical device representatives
  • Prepare patients for procedures and ensure seamless coordination
  • Collaborate with scheduling and pre-authorization teams to ensure timely procedures
  • Reprogram patient devices as needed
  • Adhere to all Advanced Pain Care and departmental policies
Requirements:
  • Basic knowledge of healthcare operations and ability to communicate effectively
  • Strong understanding of medical devices and technologies
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Enthusiastic personality and motivation to excel in a fast-paced environment
Working Conditions:
  • Medical office environment with occasional evening or weekend work
  • Ability to drive to various locations and lift up to 25 pounds
  • Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity
Salary and Benefits:

$70,000 plus bonus based on performance
