- Oversee and sustain ETL processes to guarantee the accurate and prompt transfer of data across various systems.
- Employ analytical tools to assess billing system performance, detect issues, and initiate enhancements.
- Create and uphold documentation for billing system workflows and protocols.
- Support the formulation and implementation of test plans to verify the integrity and accuracy of billing systems.
- Provide training and assistance to internal teams regarding billing system functionalities and optimal practices.
- Evaluate business and system requirements, converting them into technical specifications and actionable tasks.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives within the billing systems to maximize performance and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst, particularly in billing systems support, ETL processes, and analytical tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in analytical tools such as SQL, Tableau, or equivalent platforms.
- Experience with billing systems and ETL processes is highly desirable.
