More About This Role

Education / Certifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Required

Job Specific Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience.
• Experience in a Food Manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Background in designing equipment to meet AM and PM standards.
• Experience in training and mentoring.
• At least 3 years of experience with IL6S focusing on IIM (Early Management Pillar).

Job Specific Responsibilities:

• Guide multi-functional teams and task forces of technical functions to achieve world-class efficiency and safety.
• Direct projects towards Vertical Start Up (VSU), maintaining a zero-loss mentality regarding safety, quality, and efficiency, alongside 100% engagement.
• Coordinate manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain resources to ensure successful project management deliverables (safety, cash flow, etc.).
• Manage OEM relationships on a project and initiative basis.
• Deliver equipment designs according to IL6S requirements (AM step 3, PM step 2).
• Utilize Integrated Lean 6 Sigma tools and practices, ensuring Early Management process steps are implemented.
• Facilitate change management processes within the global engineering community to drive standards linked with technology platforms. Maintain the Maintenance Prevention Database.
