Executive Administrative Coordinator

The Palmer Group is seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support senior executives in managing complex schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and prepare travel arrangements to ensure seamless execution of senior executive's schedules
- Prepare tailored correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office suite and other departmental systems
- Schedule appointments, make travel arrangements, and handle logistical tasks as needed
- Assist with data analysis, report writing, and provide insights to support business decision-making
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to inquiries, and escalating complex matters to senior colleagues when necessary
- 3-5 years of experience as an executive-level administrative assistant
- Associate degree required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, SharePoint, and SAP (desired)
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities
- A competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year
