About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Group Account Director to lead our client relationships and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive B2B marketing strategies that deliver results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
  • Understand clients' business objectives and challenges and provide strategic guidance to align campaign efforts with their goals.
  • Identify opportunities for expanding client relationships and growing account revenue.
  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive B2B marketing strategies that drive client success.
  • Collaborate with clients to define clear objectives, KPIs, and deliverables for each campaign.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic recommendations and ensure our campaigns are innovative and effective.
  • Oversee a team of account managers providing mentorship, guidance, and support to ensure optimal performance.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, including creative, media, and analytics teams, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
  • Use data and analytics to drive strategic decisions and optimize campaign effectiveness.
Requirements
  • 15+ years of marketing experience including recent tenure within an agency (B2B experience required)
  • Proven history of driving account growth
  • Excellent at managing and leading clients, along with a large cross-functional agency team
  • Strategic thinking that translates into account and business strategy
  • Experience in the development and implementation of integrated B2B marketing programs that increase awareness and drive demand
  • Proven ability to develop deep client relationships built on trust
  • Track record of delivering impact for clients and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Experience working with clients looking to grow and evolve their marketing approach
  • Passion for working across a range of clients and marketing disciplines
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field
