Next Door & Window is seeking a highly skilled Call Center Manager to lead our inbound and outbound call center teams. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing a high-performing team of call center representatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruit, train, and manage a team of call center representatives to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement effective call center strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze call center metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize performance.
- Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Minimum 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a high-volume sales call center managing teams of at least 3-15 representatives.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving customer satisfaction in a call center environment.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience with high-volume call center software and technology.
