Physical Therapist

The Physical Therapist - Patient Care Specialist is responsible for evaluating, examining, treating, and monitoring patients/clients. This role requires a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy, as well as Physical Therapy board certification and licensure according to state regulations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with patients, families, caregivers, and physicians.
Responsibilities:
* Evaluate and examine patients/clients to determine the need for physical therapy services
* Develop and implement treatment plans to achieve patient/client goals
* Monitor patient/client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
* Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient/client treatment
* Communicate effectively with patients, families, caregivers, and physicians to ensure seamless care
Requirements:
* Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
* Physical Therapy board certification and licensure according to state regulations
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
