Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional warranty service to new homeowners by coordinating with subcontractors, superintendents, and other tradespeople.
  • Perform Quality Walks, New Homeowner Walk-Through, House 2 Home Walk, 60-Day Walk, and 11-Month walk with homeowners to ensure homes meet quality standards.
  • Educate new homeowners on their home features, identifying potential issues and delivering a move-in-ready property.
  • Schedule subcontractor or vendor work for warranty repairs and oversee minor repair tasks, including carpentry, patching, and painting.
  • Supervise trade contractors to ensure all warranty issues are addressed and quality repairs are made.
  • Obtain homeowner walk-through and warranty sign-offs, updating Punchlist Manager with notes and photo documentation.
  • Manage emergency after-hours calls for resolution and report any issues to the Warranty Service Director.
  • Maintain positive relationships with homeowners, subcontractors, and colleagues.

Requirements

  • High School diploma required.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in construction fit and finish or repair.
  • Able to read, understand, and interpret construction documents.
  • Ability to manage a heavy workload independently and successfully.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent organization skills, and ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS 365, Outlook, Word, Excel, and other standard office equipment.
  • Ability to lift 50lbs, stand for extended periods, climb ladders, and access small spaces.

Estimated Salary: $28-$33 per hour
