Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients and families in a warm and welcoming manner
  • Accurately register patients and collect necessary information
  • Verify insurance coverage and handle billing and payment processes
  • Prepare and maintain accurate and confidential medical records
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to patient inquiries

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of medical terminology
