Job Description: The Clinical Supervisor Nursing position at Rutland Regional Medical Center offers a unique opportunity to lead a team of dedicated healthcare professionals and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective care plans
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Requirements:
  • MSN or Master's degree in a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a clinical leadership role
  • Current licensure in the State of Vermont
  • BSN required; MSN preferred
  • Certification in ACLS, TNCC, PALS, or ENPC preferred

Estimated Salary Range: $90,000 - $142,000
