This position offers a salary range of $104,000 - $166,000 and requires a deep understanding of labor laws and regulations, as well as exceptional communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies and programs, managing HR operations, and providing expert advice on labor issues.

This dynamic role also involves working collaboratively across all HR disciplines and interfacing with departmental leadership to ensure optimal relationships and lines of open communication.
