About the Role:

Rutland Regional Medical Center is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Director to oversee all supply chain related activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient procurement, inventory management, and vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee equipment and inventory management
  • Promote strategic vendor partnerships and negotiations
  • Develop and manage department budgets and financial reports
  • Foster a culture of cost management, supplier diversity, and revenue enhancement
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory laws and protocols

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field; Master's Degree preferred
  • 10 years of experience in supply chain/purchasing in healthcare or similar industry
  • 5 years of management experience and strong leadership skills
  • APICS, PMP, or similar certification preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with financial analysis and budget development
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to operationalize strategies and plans

Compensation:

$99,000 - $158,300 per year
