At Citizens, we are seeking a skilled Customer Relationship Banker to join our team. As a key representative of our bank, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, providing them with trusted advice, and helping them achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and goals.
  • Provide personalized advice and recommendations to customers on financial solutions, such as spending, saving, borrowing, and investing.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in Wealth Management, Mortgage, and Business Banking to provide customers with comprehensive financial solutions.
  • Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule financial checkup appointments.
  • Ensure compliance with all financial policies and procedures, including cash handling, state and local laws, and regulations.

Requirements:

  • High School degree or GED required
  • 2 years of sales and customer service experience, demonstrating an ability to meet or exceed goals
  • Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs to improve the customer relationship
  • Proven success in building relationships and recommending financial solutions
  • Demonstrated skills in using digital technology to support business goals
  • Aptitude to problem solve and provide solutions to customer issues
  • Self-motivated, confident, and able to multitask effectively
  • Ability to work branch hours, which can include weekends and evenings
  • Meet and comply with all requirements set forth in the SAFE Act
