Job Title: Creative Content Designer

MoPOP is seeking a highly skilled Creative Content Designer to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for crafting compelling digital and print assets that enhance our brand and engage audiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and design digital assets, including social media graphics, website banners, email templates, and presentations.
  • Create engaging multimedia content, such as videos, animations, and infographics, to support marketing campaigns and internal communications.
  • Interpret and champion new brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all channels.
  • Collaborate with marketing channel owners to influence content strategies and drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • At least two years of experience with multimedia content design.
  • Experience complying with and contributing to brand voice and tone standards.
  • Deep experience working collaboratively with other disciplines to build content.
  • An understanding of how content design drives business growth.
  • Samples of your work and process, from writing and designing to research and documentation.
  • Demonstrated commitment to the principles of accessibility and inclusion in your content.
  • Meticulous organization and time management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to tackle complex design problems.
