Senior Workday HCM Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Workday HCM Analyst to join our team at Tandym Group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Workday HCM and experience in leading configuration efforts, developing solutions, and enabling growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the configuration of new and existing Workday functionality to maximize efficiency and effectiveness for employee and HR needs.
  • Guide others on Workday configuration changes to support employee information changes, payroll and benefits updates, and system changes.
  • Collaborate with functional team members to understand requirements and communicate system capabilities and limitations.
  • Develop and implement new projects, enhancements, and interfaces of new Workday modules, including collaboration with IT and support for third-party implementation and HR vendors.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues, maintain proper documentation, and provide standard and ad-hoc reporting from the Workday HCM application.
  • Create a true Workday HCM analytics capability and lead major Workday releases.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of Workday Business Process, Workday Reporting, and/or configurations experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of Workday HCM and at least one other functional area: Benefits, Recruiting, Leave Management, Compensation, or Talent.
  • Solid project management skills and experience using complex computer programs to mine data sources and analyze trends.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to communicate efficient solutions.
  • Experience in Workday report writing and dashboards is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience.
